If you haven’t a referral from your private dentist, you can come directly to our polyclinic and refer at the registration of the clinic at Level B, Freiburgstrasse 7, 3010 Bern:

Save time when registering and fill out the medical history form in advance.
Bring it filled out and signed with you.

Conditions of admission
- Admission of patients for the treatment in the practical student teaching in the subject "periodontology" (gum diseases)
- Admission of patients with advanced gum disease in the still completely or partially edentulous dentition for treatment by federally certified dentists who specialize in the field of "periodontology".
- Consultation and clarifications for dental restorations (dental reports are only prepared on prior request). Dental reports are only prepared on prior request.
- Admission of patients for treatment by specialists SSO in periodontology for IV cases or other social insurances
- Acceptance of referrals from a private dental practice, for the treatment by specialists in periodontology
